Our name

Our name sanchin® is based on the martial art of karate. It refers to an important kata, a practice form that is considered to be the core of several karate styles.

sanchin, meaning three conflicts is usually interpreted as the challenge to unify body, mind, and soul.

We believe good leaders unite all three.
